About Us

We’re a community of interesting people who just happen to share a special place in the mountains. At Linville Falls Club, you’ll find families, retirees, young professionals, full-time residents and part-timers, folks from near and far, and neighbors with careers, hobbies, and life stories as varied as the places they’ve called home. Some of us gather around a card table, share a cup of coffee, swap a favorite recipe, play music, create quilts, enjoy gardening, or read books together; others explore local hiking and biking trails, challenge each other in pickleball or disc golf, or simply enjoy a walk in the cooler mountain air. What we have in common is a love for this place—and for the people who make it home. Come meet some of the folks who make Linville Falls Club the unique community it is.

Meet the Neighbors

The Caseys | Mark, Maari, Matt, Cora, Charlie and Crash
Have been in the neighborhood since 2022
We live full time in Raleigh but get up to the neighborhood whenever we can. Our favorite part of Linville Falls Club is the neighbors, the nature and knowing we have a quiet relaxing place to come visit.
Everett and Zeke
Everett came to North Cove from New York in February 2022 and quickly settled into mountain life. Whether he’s out exploring or simply enjoying the afternoon on his mountain-view porch with his four-legged companion Zeke, Everett has found plenty to embrace in his new community and across Western North Carolina.
Barbara Ann + Brenda
Moving from Davidson, NC, in 2021, Barbara Ann & Brenda traded an amazing college town for the majestic mountains of Western North Carolina. These days, the Beez spend their time playing pickleball, hiking, biking, gathering with great friends, and finding something to love about mountain life every day.
Dave & Suzanne Chambers
We bought our “Cozy Cottage” 2 years ago intending to use it as our eventual retirement house.  We would come up every few months for a week here and there and slowly fell in love with the area AND our new fun loving neighbors.  We asked ourselves, why wait?  We accelerated our plans and moved up here permanently last month!  We love the nature and animals that we get to see every day, and are super excited for the future of Linville Falls Club!
The Fernandez family
The Fernandez family may have raised their three children in Charlotte, but their hearts have always belonged in the mountains. They fell in love with LFC in 2017 when they purchased its very first spec home on Blue Ridge Drive North, eventually building their forever home on Clinchfield Gap. While the beauty and outdoor lifestyle drew them here, it’s the genuine kindness of their neighbors that made LFC feel like home—and they can’t wait for the day it becomes their full-time, and only, home.
